**Metro Assist Limited **(formerly Metro Migrant Resource Centre) is seeking a passionate and
experienced Team Leader to join our Family Preservation Program which makes a real difference to
the wellbeing of families.

tenancy advice, financial counselling and undertakes community development projects and
**About the Role**
The Family Preservation Program (FPP) aims to improve outcomes for children, young people and
families by ensuring they receive individually tailored, evidence-informed and culturally responsive
services. The FPP works with a direct focus on CALD clients, to collectively meet the needs of
vulnerable CALD families with children and young people 0-17 years who need different timing,
intensity and frequency of services as their circumstance change.
The Family Preservation Team Leader is responsible for supervising and leading a small team of
caseworkers to ensure best practice in case management, and ensure the program meets funding
and service agreements. The role is also responsible for identifying and mitigating any risks to
clients, staff and to the organisation and will undertake regular planning and service development
with the team.
