**About the role..**
Our Managers do more than just mange. They support, mentor, and lead our team to be the best they can be to help support our customers into employment. Working across both Campsie and Maroubra this role ensure the retention and growth of our customer base, develop meaningful partnerships with the community and deliver real impact for our customers.
**A typical day can include**:

- Managing and achieving budget, reviewing early indicator reports to track progress.
- Ensuring relevant contractual, reporting and administrative obligations are consistently met.
- Managing & mentoring staff to ensure KPI’s are achieved and high quality customer service is provided.
- Promoting breakthru’s service offerings across employment, training, and community.
- Supporting the team to grow and develop.

With a background in Employment Services you are passionate, driven to succeed and thrive on supporting our teams to achieve their goals. As a people person, you will enjoy working in a fast paced, diverse and ever changing environment where no two days are the same..
**You will be able to clearly demonstrate the following**:

- Experience in leadership in the Employment Services sector
- Ability to coach, guide and mentor teams to achieve KPI’s
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to understand and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Broad understanding of goals determined by customers with a disability or psychosocial-disability
- Ability to interpret financial data and implement improvement strategies
- Knowledgeable in the local labour market
- Ability to worker in high pressure environment and be solutions focused
- Criminal record check
- Working with children’s check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or provide a medical exemption evidenced by an authorised medical practitioner
- Current Drivers Licence
