
Program Support Officer

**Key Duties and Accountabilities**:
- Deliver highly quality support services to the Director Regional Water Assessments including the effective coordination of meetings and associated requirements, the provision of timely and quality documentation for matters requiring action or decision and the efficient and user-friendly delivery of all other administrative and logístical support needs.
- Provide high quality and efficient executive support for the Regional Water Assessments program meetings and governance processes including meeting schedules and arrangements, the distribution of papers and minutes and recording and reporting on actions.
- Lead and manage projects allocated by the Director and contribute productively to the identification and implementation of business solutions, particularly in the areas of procurement, reporting and human resources.
- Work closely and cooperatively with colleagues within the team and across boundaries.
- Operate in a safe manner.
- Foster a productive and enjoyable work environment that is outcomes focused.
- Develop a positive culture of leadership, management, safety, accountability and customer service.
- Build and sustain positive working relationships with a network of internal and external stakeholders.

**Role requirements**:
- There are no mandatory requirements for this role however experience working
across boundaries in the areas of governance, project management support,
reporting and procurement support would be considered favourably
- Travel away from the centre may be required. This may involve travel outside of normal office hours and/or overnight accommodation for extended periods.
- A current 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.
