Qualifications & experience
- A Trade Qualification in Building/ Construction/ carpentry and supervisor license
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in residential building.
- Trade background in carpentry, bricklaying or building.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to use the latest technology
- Additional Qualifications in Building & Construction will be highly regarded
- White Card
- First aid certificate
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Up-to-date knowledge of OH&S and other legislative requirements.
- Must have an Australian Drivers Licence.
- Must have valid Australian Visa
- Experience on steep sites.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Working on residential homes supervision.
- Complete projects as per construction plans, specifications, Building Code and Australian Standards;
- Scheduling trades to attend work on time and finish work properly.
- Must have experience in managing multiple sites varying from house and land developments to medium scale townhouse projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Building Regulations, Acts and Codes.
- Excellent organisational, planning and management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Attend to maintenance matters;
- Schedule and complete defects;
- Familiarity with current market rates and trades.
- Liaise with office support staff and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Ensuring all project tasks/works are managed within budget and on time.
- Reporting to the Manager and working closely with other Site Supervisors and Sub-contractors
- Managing Sub-contractors, trades and suppliers
- Ensuring clear and accurate communication between customers and sub-contractors
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the project documentation, the award Codes of Australia and other relevant standards.
- Organising the ordering and delivery schedules of all site resources and dealing with on-site variations to contract
- Ensure site is clean ready for the next trade and maintained as per local laws and Worksafe conditions and assist with site clean-up
- Can carry out carpentry work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
