We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our expanding team. At Unique Style Homes we pride ourselves on the delivery of high quality residential design and construct projects

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for preparing schedules, trade allocation, trades & client site meetings, materials purchasing and supplier liaison. You will be required to carry out Quality control at each stage of the construction schedule, ensuring compliance to industry standards and the director's expectations.

The applicant must have proven knowledge and understanding of government regulations and the Building Code of Australia. Also required is the ability to work without supervision and demonstrate proficiency to meet the construction schedule deadlines. The ideal applicant will have trade and supervisors qualifications or be in the position to obtain these.
