**bout the role**

Truland Development is seeking an experienced **Site Foreman** to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects in Wollongong, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all on-site operations and ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project objectives
- Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities, including labour, equipment, and materials
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
- Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Mentoring and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors
- Preparing and submitting progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman or similar construction supervisory role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in the use of construction management software and technologies
