Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate luffing cranes to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites.
- Inspect crane equipment daily and perform minor maintenance checks.
- Follow all safety protocols, site rules, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, and ground crew to ensure efficient operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Valid Tower Crane Operator certification/license.
- Proven experience operating tower cranes on construction sites.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and load charts.
- Ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively with the team.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights.
