The Iteration Manager will provide both Technical Leadership and Agile Leadership whilst maintaining a focus on successful software delivery. To be a leader for your team and create an open work environment where software can be created, with an ongoing focus on removing blockers for your team.

**Help us shape a connected future for healthcare by;**
- Guide the team and organisation on how to use Agile practices, facilitating and participating in key Agile ceremonies across teams
- Act as a servant-leader, ensuring that the team is organised for success, blockers are removed and risks / issues are managed appropriately
- Work with the Product Owner to re-balance and reprioritise work within a sprint, supporting and educating the Product Owner on agile practices
- Assess the agile maturity of teams and Telstra, coaching to higher levels of maturity
- Manage the process for the exchange of information, facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution to keep the team focused on the goals of the iteration
- Participate in assessing talent for the resourcing needs
- Responsibility for the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of assigned projects, including defining project tasks and resource requirements and managing project resource allocation
- Be technically cognizant to be able to fully comprehend complex technical problems and articulate the complexity, impact and solution to the stakeholder with minimum support from technical teams.

**What You’ll Bring;**
- Broad and proven experience in Agile and leading Agile teams - ideally as Iteration Manager/Agile Project Manager or lead of a Technology team
- Ability to coach, including providing feedback and having difficult conversations
- Strong facilitation experience, including the ability to mentor others to facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Deep understanding of Agile behaviours
- Passionate about delivering quality software products that make a difference
- Experience utilising Jira and confluence
- Development\QA background is preferred
- Desired, tertiary degree, preferably in IT / Health industry
