As such, we are looking for experienced Iteration Managers who are ready to join us on this exciting journey and be a part of our Platform Services (PolicyCenter and BillingCenter) teams.

**The Role**

As one of our Iteration Managers you will be part of our exciting new journey as we form the foundational system build for IAG’s Strategic Platform.

You will be embedded within our team to help plan, drive and deliver on our strategic projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for uplifting the Agile delivery capabilities of the team and optimise team performance by helping to maximise the value created by our Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coach a team on Agile ways of working, fostering continuous improvement to grow Agile maturity, resilience and cultivate high performing teams
- Use technical as well as functional knowledge to remove roadblocks within the team as well as identifying technical risks
- Facilitate the identification and management of dependencies across teams within the program
- Work with teams to ensure estimates and resource requirements are understood to aid forward planning
- Work closely with the Product Owner(s) and Project managers during sprints to understand designs, backlog priorities and product demonstrations
- Proactively manage demand and capacity with key stakeholders to deliver on prioritised and prioritised demand, whilst reducing key person dependencies

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven and extensive experience as an Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology and experience implementing frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment with the ability to coach and mentor Agile teams
- An inquisitive, continuous improvement growth mindset
- Guidewire experience preferred (not essential)
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Experience using Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
