**Your new role**

Group Operations ensures the origination, production, validation and fulfilment of all consumer and commercial financial transactions and trades on behalf of the Group.

The Iteration Manager is a key enabler of agile practices, ensuring these are understood and enacted through adherence to agile theory, principles, practices and methods. The role supports delivery teams to achieve valuable outcomes for customers

**What you'll need to succeed***
- 3 years experience as an Iteration Manager/Scrum Master experience within large delivery programs
- Leadership experience with managing large scrum teams
- Experience managing dependencies across multiple streams in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Be able to influence and facilitate to achieve desired outcomes in a clear, transparent and mindful way
- SAFE or Scaled Agile experience is desirable
- Any PEGA knowledge will be a bonus but is not essential
