**This opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for an **Iteration Manager** to join our Digital Operations team. The Iteration Manager is responsible for the delivery of new digital marketing campaigns and projects across a wide portfolio of Digital Platforms, Marketing Communications, Product Propositions, Devices and Services.

Open to all locations, the Iteration Manager will be accountable for distributing work, scheduling resources, managing capacity and ensuring the efficient flow of traffic across digital resources.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with digital content producers, developers, visual designers, and copywriters to plan and distribute work across the team
- Team relationship and trust building - facilitating the production team at all stages with the goal of reaching a high performing interdependent self-empowered team
- Manage Agile ceremonies and rituals - daily stand-ups, iteration planning, showcases and retrospective meetings, with a key focus on continuous improvement
- Person on the ground amongst the teams across timelines and capacity of all digital initiatives
- Project release and implementation planning
- Identify risks and issues and plan appropriate response
- Capture team metrics at the end of each iteration and ensure the team’s progress and successes are highly visible to all stakeholders, including the team itself
- Continuous review and understanding of resource utilisation, and resource requirements for holiday cover
- Ensure all initiatives are delivered using digital best practice, analysing and tracking initiative results and setting key metrics for success
- Coordinate internal stakeholder notification and sign-off to go live

**Knowledge and experience**
- Experience in a Digital Iteration Manager role or similar digital marketing delivery role
- Ability to track and interpret digital analytics in order to identify opportunities to increase usage and sales conversions to ecommerce sites
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to peers and management
- Creative, flexible, self

- Ability to deal with issues and implement relevant solutions
- Strong time management and organisation skills
