**The Opportunity**

Facto is currently working with a global organisation that is building an MVP in Australia around MarTech & Customer Personalisation.

The Iteration Manager will be responsible for leading a virtual delivery team of multi-disciplined contributors across Marketing Technology, Customer Engagement, Marketing and Customer Experience and the wider business.

The purpose of this role is to drive agility and performance within Delivery Squads through the definition, embedment, optimisation, and uplift of Agile best practices. You are then charged with the continuous identification of refinement opportunities to better tailor collaboration and outcomes.

The role supports the Marketing team in the embedment, execution, optimisation, and uplift of the Quarterly Planning & Prioritisation (QPP) process and the subsequent delivery plan that follows. From these plans, Iteration Manager’s will own relevant backlogs of work and are responsible for breaking down prioritised briefs with squads into a set of effective, efficient, and executable tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Eliciting clear and concise requirements that drive the desired customer engagement targets and outcomes of stakeholders - also contributing to their ability to be adequately assessed for prioritisation.
- Task management and tracking of deliverables for prioritised activities to ensure quality outcomes through centralised tools.
- Planning, backlog grooming and retrospective management of key activities - driven through and supported by the squads.
- Benchmarking and measurement of operational efficiency measures such as speed to market, velocity, risk management measurements and learnings and insights across the delivery squads.
- Subject matter expertise when it comes to delivery processes and procedures as well as capabilities of the marketing technology tools and suites available for delivery.
- Communication and translation of technical requirements into business language and vice versa.
- Ongoing education and updating of marketing technology capabilities including data and channel integrations across business stakeholder groups.
- Ongoing motivation and optimisation of highly engaged virtual delivery squads.

**Key Skills**
- Tertiary qualifications in business, customer experience, project management or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in agile delivery, planning, and coordinating program of work for multiple agile squads.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills that enable an individual to work in a fast-moving collaborative culture and influence the direction of the outcome.
- Work experience across strategic and operational environments.
- Experience in leading the planning and facilitation of presentations and workshops with stakeholders.
- The ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure combined with careful attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate customer research, strategy and design in a way that acknowledges commercial overlay.
- Skilled in clearly articulating, simplifying, and communicating complex issues and data to stakeholders at all levels.
