**YOUR ROLE**
We have a** 12-month contract opportunity** available to join our Digital Self Service Squad in Direct Insurance Australia (DIA). This role will support the Squad Lead and the squad in developing a comprehensive delivery backlog and managing the work of a squad within an iteration through effective planning and help optimise the efficiency of the team to ensure that they are delivering to the business expectations and objectives.

This is a unique opportunity where you’ll resourcefully facilitate program delivery using agile practices, processes, and tools, including rituals such as sprint planning, scrum meetings, iteration reviews and retrospectives and developing agile artefacts.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have experience as an Iteration Manager / Scrum Master working in Agile teams
- Demonstrated solid understanding of business needs and customer focus beyond the technical/technology aspects
- Demonstrated Business Analyst skills and well-versed with Agile ways of working including Agile estimation and driving delivery in a multi-vendor environment
- Ability to capture User Stories/requirements, agree acceptance criteria, and manage ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to easily develop new relationships with suppliers and colleagues and to influence senior leadership
- Ability to work effectively during periods of high demand and conflicting priorities.
- Highly developed estimation and project financial management skills
- A sound understanding of SCRUM and Kanban
