Lutheran Homes Group (LHG) is a significant not-for-profit organisation recently formed through the merger of South Australia’s two largest Lutheran aged care providers, LHI Retirement Services and Fullarton Lutheran Homes. Providing a full range of residential aged care, retirement living and home care services for more than 1,100 residents and supported by approx. 700 staff, LHG is well positioned as a leading provider, highly respected for service excellence with Christian values as the cornerstone of its care philosophy.
Reporting to the CEO and as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this newly created and pivotal role is responsible for leading, shaping and managing the provision of people and culture strategy, services, systems and capability, at an exciting time in the organisation’s evolution. Responsibilities include:
- leading all aspects of the P&C portfolio including workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, organisational development, performance management, training and development, wellbeing and safety, diversity, and industrial relations;
- driving strategies to enable transformational change and cultural development;
- reviewing, developing, and maintaining policy and compliance requirements;
- leading, developing, coaching and managing the P&C team in providing valued services;
- maintaining and enhancing positive and productive relationships with a range of key stakeholders.
