An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced and motivated Executive Manager People & Culture to join this well established and highly regarded Australian business to maximise the strategic and operational management of the organisation's human resources activities.

**Role Overview**

The Executive Manager People & Culture will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing people management within the business including the management of human resources, recruitment, payroll, work health and safety, public liability, and food safety functions in line with the organisation's key strategic objectives. This role will have a strong focus on industrial relations, payroll, effective performance management, cultural development, as well as policy and procedures maintenance.
