Our client is a VIC Government organisation based in Melbourne CBD seeking to engage the services of a Digital Media & Communications Officer role.

**About the Role**

You will produce content for digital channels in a timely manner that drives engagement across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, and forms part of an integrated communication strategy.

You will have experience in developing and implementing social media strategy that will captivate audiences and drive engagement, all while supporting the department's strategic goals and objectives.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Solid experience in designing web based digital and social media strategies that increase engagement and developing integrated communication campaigns.
- Strong ability to identify and responds to clients’ underlying needs to tailor high quality services.
- Proven track record in developing and creating compelling, persuasive and creative content, to support behaviour change goals.
