We are hiring

We are looking for a **Manager, Market Access** to join our leadership team in South Pacific

This role will be responsible for leading and implementing our market access strategic plan for Australia and New Zealand. He / She will work closely with stakeholders including Regional Director, Territory Managers, Sales Operations and Functional Leaders to develop the strategy for market access and commercial marketing organizations and oversee the implementation of the strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development of the Business Strategic Plan / Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in conjunction with local management team and in alignment with Corporate and Asia Pacific strategy and direction.
- Create Market Access strategies for distributors, System Integrators, and other strategic partners to meet business growth plan.
- Manage key relationships and strategy with technology partners - Cisco, Microsoft, E & H and OSI PI
- Coordinate with Global / Regional Market Access and functional leads to help drive improvement of the distributor’s operational effectiveness.
- Develop and support the implementation of annual market access plan and ensure all strategies are being implemented with project ownership.
- Develop market access business competency of internal RA stakeholders in order to drive growth for the business.
- Provide advisory to internal RA stakeholders on strategic issues which impacts our distributor partnership. Provide leadership as needed to resolve escalation issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the distributor community, drive distributor maturity metrics and ensure all distributor policies are followed by both RA and distributor community.
- Provide market access competitive landscape intelligence to the organization.
- Provide leadership in the implementation of pricing strategy for the region.

**About You**:

- Degree in Engineering/IT/Business or related discipline.
- At least 10 years of working experience in senior, preferably management sales / marketing position.
- Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills to ensure the achievement of our Annual Operation Plan.
- Ability to lead and develop and diverse team of professionals across multiple locations.
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive strategy through implementation.
- High level of sales and marketing fundamentals
- Proven achievement in previous roles
