The opportunity

Lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for nationally recognised brand Click Frenzy with a strong focus on brand growth, launching new initiatives and audience growth and engagement. Foster productive relationships with suppliers, strategic partners, and clients to drive long‑term, sustainable success.

Use your experience and leadership to develop, guide, and motivate your team to reach goals, deliver exceptional results, and embody the entrepreneurial spirit that powers our brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and execute the marketing strategy across Click Frenzy.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to a team of 2, to create a supportive, cohesive and collaborative team environment.
  • Work closely with other department heads on the Global Marketplace Management team to drive business growth.
  • Manage relationships with multiple agency partners an suppliers.
  • Oversight and execution of all marketing growth channels:

  • SEM / SEO

  • Membership
  • Lead Generation and database
  • TV / Radio / OOH / VOD
  • Social and Awareness
  • Leverage content across GMP's sites to drive repeat visits and engagement from each brands' customer database.
  • Leverage data to provide customers with curated content that is tailored to them and ultimately drives improved engagement and customer satisfaction
  • Identify new growth opportunities and foster a culture that encourages the same from your team.
What you will bring

You will be a highly competent, experienced Marketing Leader with an established background in Marketing, ideally within the retail industry. You will have a proven track record of managing a portfolio of brands, juggling competing stakeholders and priorities.  You will apply your experience, passion, and talent to develop, mentor, support, and inspire your team to achieve objectives, deliver a superior level of service and ensure they are the entrepreneurial force behind our portfolio of brands.

You will need:

  • 5+ years of Leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (communication, marketing, business) or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of traditional (TV, radio, Out of home) and digital performance (Social, Paid Search, Programmatic) media.
  • Experience managing annual marketing budgets greater than $1m.
  • Excellent communication skills – spokesperson experience ideal.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing highly regarded.
  • Experience with marketing automation software highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a role as a media spokesperson would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in writing copy and testing headlines and subjects.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Experience in event management in both offline and online capacity.
  • Creative and strategic thinking - ability to develop passion, insight and understanding of our customers' market and target demographic
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships with ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities from data (Google Analytics experience essential)
