We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team

Dental One is a progressive and expanding family-owned company that owns and operates Dental Clinics throughout Melbourne. As dental professionals we are committed to supporting the practice of dentistry in the best possible way, and as such has developed an outstanding reputation for providing quality healthcare to the community. We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative, energised, and hands-on marketer to join our team. You’ll be leading a young team, working closely with the Management Team and reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for details.
Proven experience with marketing automation.
Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.

Creating content for use in marketing campaigns

Key Areas of Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plan, including SEO, remarketing, PPC and ROI.
Managing and overseeing our digital strategy, including social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), website, and SEO.
Lead and execute SEO web properties including composing new content and building keywords.
Increase the DentalOne brand awareness and optimise our Social Media Presence.
Tracking, monitoring, and evaluating digital campaigns to ensure optimisation.
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Enabling new sales opportunities and business leads through promotional campaigns, advertising, and new marketing ideas.
Partner with financial reporting and analytics team to identify trends, pain points and reference material to facilitate conversation and creativity.
Create daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports.
Produce and publish monthly newsletters.
Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.

Demonstrated project management experience and capability in planning, managing and reviewing complex and large-scale projects/programs and delivering outcomes within set timeframes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
