**Description**:
**The primary objective of this position is to**:

- Assist the Operations Director with House and Land sales enquires for both local and offshore offices.
- Provide sales support within the Operations team, managing all House and Land contracts and deposits administration, land settlement progress, sales data recording.
- Manage day to day tasks to assist Operations Director in achieving smooth operations process.

- Mandarin and English language proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Real Estate experience essential, experience with House and Land package sales and building processes preferred
