**Position Summary**
As the **Production Manager**, you will work with the Head of Marketing (Brand & Communications), Marketing Manager Omni-Channel, Marketing Manager Customer Propositions, Graphic Designer(s), buying, property, creative agency & production suppliers to workflow manage & produce the end-to-end delivery of innovative, cost-effective Harris Farm store signage, new product development & general production needs that provide an exciting experience for our customers and store teams.
This will include various aspects of the end-to-end production management including costing, supplier sourcing and management, production briefing and management, specification, installation, budget management and program management including traffic planning. A key function of this role is to ensure all design information and intent is fully briefed and correctly interpreted to the technical design and build required to the task at hand.
You will be intrinsically involved in our new store build, renovation programs & new product development process & our general workflow management where your support will help ensure any project at hand
Is delivered on time with the lowest cost options to meet the brief at hand without compromising on aesthetic appeal.

- is unique and locally relevant. We’re not about cookie cutter when it comes to our design & we like our design/production solutions to meet our customer needs states that can vary depending on their local community.
- Is aligned with our brand guidelines and our brand ethos wedded in authenticity. Meaning we use timber and other natural sub straights, and avoid plastic and vinyl use in production as much as possible. Lots of our signage for instance is hand painted -we want it to be unique, imperfect and real so working with artists, theatrical prop designers & creatives will all come part of the job. When it comes to our NPD being highly differentiated within the category a new line sit & aligning with stringent sourcing & sustainability standards will all form part of the exciting production opportunities you may face
- Will deliver a customer experience more market than supermarket & feel a little like Willy Wonka: experiential, immersive and driven by abundance of seasonal and gourmet product.
**Skills Required**:
- You will be an accomplished, qualified production manager with at least 5 years’ experience
- Have experience delivering retail signage projects from concept through to delivery.
- Experience working across the complete NPD Critical Path having worked comprehensively across the new product design & strategy process.
- Traffic Management experience
- Experience using & leading team delivery on collaboration tools such as wrike, asana or Microsoft project/teams
- Creative problem solving and leading on decisions for production challenges or budget considerations will be important.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting, ensuring projects workflow and tracking documents are up to date.
- Ability to manage priorities, and lead on decision-making for projects and client expectations under pressure
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to generate cost-effective production solutions
- Sound working knowledge of timber and metal construction methods
- Know and have experience in production managing props & theatrical signage
- Have had experience in working with property documentation such as floor plans and elevations to be able to define spec needs for signage delivery
- Experience in lighting plan recommendations and lighting relating to signage.
- Understand retail principals and maintaining awareness of retail trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively across other departments e.g., property retail operations, eCommerce, finance, IT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work in a fast paced, agile environment.
