We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in a Food Production Assistant (Cut Veggies) role, responsible for cutting, assembling, and packing gourmet food. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive the best quality products made with care and precision.

**The Role**:
As a Food Production (Cut Veggies) team member, you will:

- Work in a cool room with temperatures below 5°C, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Be responsible for cutting, assembling, and packing gourmet foods, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and accurately.
- Handle food safely and in line with GMP processes, such as FIFO and proper labeling.
- Manage food stocks effectively, ensuring rotation and compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with your team in a fast-paced production environment to deliver consistently high-quality products.
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday to Saturday (5 days a week).

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Experience**:

- Previous experience in food production or preparation is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Ability to work as part of a small team on a fast-paced production line.
- Strong communication skills, a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Cleanliness and a sense of self pride.

**Qualifications**:

- Safe food handling practices are a must. Ideally, you will have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handlers Certificate and an understanding of HACCP principles.
