Join Teachers Mutual Bank Limited as our Marketing Operations Specialist, where you'll play a key role in shaping how our Marketing team works—bringing operational excellence, governance, and scalable processes to life.

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Lead, you'll help design and embed best-practice workflows, support compliance and vendor governance, and uplift team capability through tools, training, and documentation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact behind the scenes, enabling a high-performing marketing function to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and document the operational design framework, ensuring its current and embedded in day-to-day processes
  • Develop and maintain SOPs in PROMAPP across marketing activities (campaigns, content, approvals, asset management)
  • Build and maintain workflow templates, FAQs, and training materials to support process adoption
  • Gather feedback from Marketing, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Maintain marketing vendor records in Archer, tracking due diligence, renewals, control attestations, and overdue actions
  • Provide regular status reports to the BCM and Marketing Operations Lead to ensure vendor governance compliance
  • Provide structured administrative support, including meeting bookings, team reporting, and coordinating content for team updates

About You

You're a process-driven thinker with a knack for making complex systems simple and accessible. You bring:

  • A blend of operational discipline and service design thinking
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A solid understanding of risk, governance, and compliance in a marketing context
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence in building tools that help others follow processes (templates, checklists, FAQs)
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort working across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Experience supporting change adoption and capability uplift
  • Familiarity with workflow tools like Adobe Workfront

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (desirable)
  • Practical knowledge of workflow and process design in marketing or regulated environments
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience in marketing coordination, operations, or project support
  • Proven ability in project management and organisational skills
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting
