**Description**:
RECEIVALS & DESPATCH
- Manage warehouse receivals and despatch, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Oversee inventory, receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Produce regular reports and monitor service quality.

PLANNING AND BUYING
- Collaborate with Buyers on supplier analysis, cost reduction, and quality control.
- Optimize warehouse layout and liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Develop and manage the warehouse team, ensuring efficiency.
- Recruit, coach, and motivate employees.
- Plan work rosters and monitor performance.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Manage and report hazards, ensuring safety standards.
- Conduct induction training and maintain health and safety in the warehouse.

ORDER FULFILMENT
- Oversee order fulfilment and assist with daily picking tasks.
- Ensure stock quality and manage collection and palletizing.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
- Follow standard operating procedures and participate in meetings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
