Provide exceptional support to the business, team and managers
- Play a key role in the and performance of the digital marketing program
- Hybrid model of 50/50 WFH and in office Homebush or Perth
**About the Role**
Working with the Acquisition Marketing managers, you will play a key role in the management and scale of the performance digital marketing program.
This role is based in the **West Perth regional office** or **Homebush NSW Head Office**
- Help manage, test, scale and optimise campaigns across a range of performance channels including but not limited to Paid Search & Paid Social
- Daily reporting & monitoring of campaigns to manage performance and identify optimisation opportunities to drive user acquisition
- 80% Campaign Management, 15% Stakeholder Management
- Works with marketing managers to develop PIT (project initiation templates / business plans) for internal budget and strategic approval.
- Maps out measurement plan on how we will track the performance of approved campaigns, working with media agency to provide weekly updates and optimization plans.
- Briefs agencies on campaign activity and working with marketing managers getting internal approval.
- Using the website CMS updates campaign landing pages with content and campaign assets.
- Reports and evaluates the campaign performance.
- Executes regulatory communications and content across brands and channels including but not limited to rate changes, T&Cs and Fees and Charges changes to staff and members.
- Establishes strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders e.g. product, sales, marketing, regs, design and more
**About You**
- An understanding of marketing / campaign activity and having worked with agency partners in the past
- Experience with analytics and how to implement and interpret data
- Previous experience in a similar marketing / digital content role
- Experience writing copy for digital channels with knowledge of best practices
- Knowledge of SEO
- Experience using content management systems
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field, as well as financial services experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage relationships with key partners, customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a “roll up your sleeves approach”
- Thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced, growing and dynamic environment
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
