One of Australia’s most highly respected not-for-profit indigenous community organisations is looking for a smart, dynamic and culturally sensitive marketing professional to lead and guide their small marketing team.

Working from the Homebush office three days a week, this role is a rare opportunity to do meaningful and impactful work.

The key responsibilities in this role would be:

- Develop, drive and advocate for marketing initiatives that promote the brand and service reputation across Government, corporate and the community
- Take charge of the organisation’s digital assets and leverage them to their fullest capability to meet set objectives
- Manage the social media and content policy
- Lead a small team of two marketing professionals
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, business or communications
- Demonstrated experience in achieving set targets and goals within marketing
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a digital marketing role
- Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at working with stakeholders from all backgrounds
