- Reporting to the Senior Manager Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
- Perth, the primary responsibility of the
**Licensing Compliance Officer** will be to manage the licensing process for Crown Perth and provide assistance to the Group Licensing Team in Melbourne. This position will also support the Compliance Team to ensure Crown Perth meets all local, state, Federal and Internal Compliance requirements.

**Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Facilitate the lodgement of new Position Descriptions with the Regulator
- Assist with WA employees licensing and transfer of licenses
- Coordinate with the Melbourne Team on licensing matters
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures in relation to Anti-Money Laundering and Responsible Gaming
- Promote a strong Compliance culture at Crown Perth

**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Experience in employee licensing is desirable
- Experience in working within a compliance related environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Flexibility to cope with rapidly changing priorities

**Qualifications required**:

- The ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Employee License in WA
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Employee License in other jurisdictions if required
