As a Senior Licensing Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate a team to ensure the efficient and effective processing of applications for various licences, renewals, registrations, permits, and security cards across a range of occupations and functions regulated by the Department under diverse legislation. This will involve managing the activities of your team, assessing, processing and auditing applications, producing a range of moderately complex written reports, and providing high level customer service, as well as a host of other key duties.
