Your new role
As a Development Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for investigating planning and building compliance matters to ensure relevant legislation, regulations and approvals are met. You will have the opportunity to use the full range of your professional skills and knowledge on interesting and diverse work.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Planning, Building and compliance legislation and processes.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and exercise sound judgement.
