**About the Aquabumps**

**We are a small team with big goals. **We love the beach and are passionate about creating stunning fine art photography. We have pioneered selling artwork online and in our Bondi Gallery since 1999. **Yeah, that’s right - 23 years.** Our sole photographer, Eugene Tan (:uge) started a ritual of photographing the beach, at sunrise, daily. The Aquabumps brand grew online as did the catalogue of work which now covers much of the globe.

Aquabumps is an agile, fast-paced, innovative company - with a family feel. We pride ourselves on quality customer service and are constantly rewarded with 5-star reviews. Customers walk in the door with a smile - excited to own one of our celebrated pieces.

We are currently seeking a valued team member to join our small team. The successful applicant will be an energetic person with an eye for detail and a passion for working in a creative and digital space, also be able to work autonomously and be great at multitasking.

**About the role**

Aquabumps is predominantly a made-to-order business with customers all over the globe. The successful applicant will work within our print production studio and be responsible for the smooth and timely delivery of artwork orders to our clients.

This is a Full-Time role. The role is onsite (no work from home), and hours can be negotiated e.g. school hours are possible.
- **Production management** - working with our major framing supplier.
- **Printing**:

- print fine art prints and trim. Manage print specialist assistants.
- **Quality assurance** - inspect and approve the final product.
- **Logistics** - Organising the dispatch of orders globally using multiple freight companies in a cost-effective manner. Cost management is a major KPI.
- **Inventory Management** - Online and in store. Maintain accurate stock levels.
- **Studio consumables** - proactive management of all consumables for the studio and business.
- **Staff Management** - scheduling, training, motivating.
- **Customer Service & Sales assistance** - assist on the gallery sales floor when required. Provide assistance to any existing customers until satisfied.

**Skills and experience**
- Proven supervisory or management experience
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred experience in an eCommerce platform
- Proficient computer skills - we are PC based, using outlook, excel, word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge or awareness of the digital printing process
- Basic awareness in retouching using Adobe Photoshop
- Experience using large format printing equipment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A team player with the ability to work with a diverse range of personalities, to achieve the highest quality results
