Studio Manager at Spin Studio

Vicious Cycle is the most established boutique rhythm riding studio in Sydney. Our underground playground in Town Hall combines the three pillars of Ride, Recover, Replenish to provide our members with the best fitness experience in town. We have recently expanded with a new flagship location and we are looking for a superb studio manager to join us for the next chapter of our studio’s story

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

To keep it short, the studio manger is the heart of the business. Our manager would be someone who is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the business; the ride studio, the infrared sauna, and the smoothie bar. Key tasks will include:

- Achieving lead generation and sales targets to drive business growth for all aspects of the business.
- Implementing effective retention strategies to ensure member satisfaction and loyalty for both aspects of the business.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns for the gym and the smoothie bar to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Hiring and managing the team of front of house staff and working closely with the Head of Talent to manage the team of instructors, fostering a positive and motivated environment in both areas.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns, social media management and content creation
- Ensuring smoothie bar operations run efficiently, including stock ordering and control to maintain a fresh and diverse menu.
- Organizing and managing corporate events, workshops, and brand collaborations to enhance our community engagement and brand exposure.
- Delivering top-level customer service, catering to the unique needs and requests of our members, including administration associated with memberships and general enquiries.

**ABOUT YOU**
- A proven track record of setting, achieving, and surpassing lead generation and sales targets.
- Solid experience in marketing and social media management for both fitness and food service aspects.
- Success in outreach and community engagement, and a flair for organising corporate events and brand collaborations.
- Outstanding customer service and exceptional people skills.
- Strong organisational skills and experience in stock ordering and inventory control.
- A team player mentality with a willingness to learn and grow with the club.
- Previous experience within the Health and Fitness industry will be considered a bonus.

To excel in this role, the following qualifications and certifications are required (or be willing to be obtained):

- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Food Safety Supervisor

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
