As a Recruitment Officer, you will have responsibility for various functions related to the recruitment, on-boarding and administration support for junior medical staff at Western Health within an allocated portfolio. For further details about the role, please refer to the Position Description. Classification for this position will be at HS2 (starting at $66,768.00 base salary per annum). **About You** To be successful in this role, you will need: - Outstanding customer service skills - Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail - A "Can-Do" positive attitude to helping others (customers and colleagues) - The ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently and effectively - To be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot spontaneously without prompting **About the Department** The Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) is a central specialised service providing strategic oversight and governance, as well as operational support for all matters pertaining to the medical workforce including workforce planning, recruitment and credentialing, employment and on-boarding, and the management and rostering of medical staff. **About Western Health** Our workforce of over 11,000 employees are driven by our values of ‘Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Safety’ (CARES).
