We are partnering with an established and global financial services organisation, based in Melbourne's CBD. The role is a permanent opportunity and would be well suited to a Recruitment Coordinator/Officer who is seeking a step up into a global organisation.

You will be responsible for the onboarding process of Australian hires, interview scheduling and recruitment for entry level positions. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

**You will also be responsible for;**
- Managing the onboarding piece for Australia
- Interview scheduling
- Managing and posting adverts
- Phone screening potential talent
- Looking after the admin piece for Australia, HK and Singapore
- Talent management
- Proven experience with the Recruitment process either in an end-to-end recruitment capacity or in a Recruitment Coordinator capacity; experience within Finance or a fast-paced and high volume capacity would be advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
