- Job description**Recruitment Business Partner**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join us in a part time capacity, with one of our well-known clients in the automotive industry.

Working closely with the lead Business Partner for this account you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of roles across both lines of the client's business. With overall accountability for the delivery of recruitment outcomes, you will front-face our recruitment solution, partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers, identify and present top talent to the business, influence hiring decisions and deliver value add solutions and projects.

**About you**

You will be a seasoned professional, ideally with experience recruiting at all levels across corporate head office roles.

As well as this you will:

- Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders, taking initiative and a strong consultative nature
- Be resilient, be able to manage ambiguity and identify continuous improvement opportunities

As part of the wider Korn Ferry RPO team you will have access to learning and development support. We are one of the largest providers of RPO solutions in Australia and partner with both local and global brands, to provide bespoke talent solutions.
