**About the company**:
Our client, a progressive and collaborative organisation are currently recruiting a Recruitment Officer, to join their recruitment team. You will be working alongside 3 other officers & the team leader to deliver recruitment support to the wider organisation.

This organisation offers a flexible hybrid working model & their offices are based in the city, close to public transport. This position is full-time on-going.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Proactively support, coach, and provide recruitment advice to managers and peers aligned with legislative and organisational practices and processes
- Partner with Hiring Managers to proactively support talent and workforce
- Ensure compliance measures are adhered to in areas such as working rights checks, reference checks, and documentation
- Update the recruitment system throughout the recruitment process
- Manually update employee information & details
- Manage stakeholder relationships to get approvals for the recruitment process to ensure a speedy process
- Support the HR team by considering and suggesting process and policy improvements collaboratively and positively to improve efficiencies and practices.
- Other projects & duties as required

**You will have the following**:

- Demonstrated experience in an administrative recruitment role or end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent attention to detail & the ability to work toward completing deadlines
- Developed understanding of talent management strategies and workforce planning with solid communication and influencing skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and working well within a team
