**About the Role**:
The Client Services Administrator role (Maternity Cover) adds significant value to the operations of Talogy’s Talent Management business as a vital member of the team, providing excellent standards of service to all external and internal clients who require support or advice on the broad range of Talent Management products and platforms, whilst maintaining our people-focused brand.
In this role you will have responsibilities across the 9 pillars of the Client Experience business function: administration, client support, systems, sales and marketing, project management, human resources, compliance, finance, and IT.
You will have direct client contact, providing critical advice and support to ensure world class delivery standards. Additionally, you will deliver an efficient and effective project management and administration service to our internal and external customers. You will work closely with the Consulting team, organising and managing the delivery of consulting projects and programmes from inception to conclusion.
Additionally, this role delivers an efficient, effective, and professional training management function to our internal and external customers. Your focus will be on organising and managing the delivery of training programmes from inception to conclusion, providing support to our consultants and trainers.
A person in this role is generally expected to work 0830-1700 from Monday to Friday. Working outside typical office/opening hours to accommodate when working with others across time zones is required. Flexible working arrangements, including working from home and the office is standard for this role. Travel to and from client sites as well as additional interstate and international travel as required.
**Who We Are Looking For?**:
This role requires someone with experience in client services or administration, project coordination, and problem solving. The role holder needs to be comfortable liaising with external clients on a daily basis as well as internal teams, able to work without close supervision, organising their own time and using their initiative to deal with a range of tasks and queries.

**Role Responsibilities**:
The following role responsibilities should be considered in light of the business plan, which has a strategic focus on people, growth, marketing, client projects and operational improvement.
**Service Delivery (Billable Work)** **(60%)**
This role will be responsible for managing the delivery of transactional services, as well as managing the delivery of client services and projects. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Preparation of psychometric appraisal reports in line with Talogy standards and within pre-determined timeframes
- Support the preparation of psychometric appraisal reports in line with Talogy standards and within pre-determined timeframes
- Delivery of client training on Psychometric Assessment Systems such as Caliper, Genesys2020 and Podium365
- Delivery of 360-degree surveys including participant management, data management and report generation
- Scheduling and delivery of 360-degree survey feedback to participants
- Support in the delivery of culture surveys (and any other client surveys) including system design, respondent management and support, data analysis, and reporting.
- Support in delivering training workshops (e.g., Accreditation Course) including participant communication, participant assessment LMS administration, venue booking, workbook printing, catering, generate training certificates and post course support.
