**About The Organisation**

Target Training is a Registered Training Organisation, established in 1999.

We offer qualifications from Certificate II to Diploma level in Business, Administration, Retail, Hospitality, Leadership and Management, Childcare, and Aged Care. We service businesses and individuals Australia-wide.

Our head office is **located in Chatswood** on the North Shore of Sydney and within walking distance from the train station. We are a small team of 3 - 4 staff based at this office.

**The Role**

An experienced RTO administrator to maintain the administrative functions of the RTO. You will be responsible for managing students and clients while ensuring RTO is compliant at all times.

**Responsibilities**
- Experience in student support and RTO administration-related duties and responsibilities
- Assist in training management including scheduling of sessions, student monitoring, and completions.
- Training resources management, including materials printing, organising, and related logistics
- Maintenance of student data and files in accordance with RTO policies and compliance
- Providing excellent customer service to students including responding to general queries, processing enrolments, issuing training plans, generating certificates/statement of results, and follow-ups
- Maintain student records in VETtrak (Student management system)
- Other administrative duties include but are not limited to filing, data entry, and scanning

**To Be Successful You Should Have**
- Knowledge of the VET sector and skills for maintaining compliance
- Experience in a similar administrator role in an RTO that offers courses to domestic students
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
- Computer literacy with a minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft programs
- Experience in using Student management systems such as VETtrak (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
