Our broad medical technology portfolio features well-known products, services, and solutions designed to support our customers across the clinical pathway, and our close partnerships with clinical experts, healthcare professionals, and medical-technology specialists mean we’re improving everyday life for people - today and tomorrow.- As the Service Support Administrator, you will be responsible for the review, creation, and maintenance of Getinge Service Contracts; the review and processing of service invoicing and financial disputes; and the creation and maintenance of Service reporting across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Contracts and Invoicing Team Leader, this role can be based in our **Adelaide **or **Brisbane **office.**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Creation of Service contract quotes and proposals
- Creation and Maintenance of service contracts within SAP
- Provide reporting through Excel and Power BI
- Review and process invoicing of Service Work Orders
- Attend to all invoicing disputes and accounts receivable queries

**Essential skills and experience required**:

- Knowledge of the sales and invoicing of Contracts,
- Well-developed Analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and sound financial and business acumen
- Ability to plan and manage time effectively, with multiple tasks at any given time.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills with internal and external customers
- Experience with using SAP (desirable, not essential)
