Job Overview

This role represents a pivotal position within our organization, serving as the primary gateway for new clients entering our trading and investing platforms.

We are seeking an exceptional professional to assume this responsibility, who will be responsible for carefully reviewing and processing non-standard account applications, ensuring rigorous compliance with KYC and AML regulatory requirements, accurately updating client information across our trading systems, collaborating with internal teams to streamline client onboarding, and playing a key part in maintaining the integrity of our client management process.

This individual will thrive in a fast-paced financial services environment and have experience in administrative positions, customer onboarding, compliance support, workflow management, or similar fields. Key skills required include:
