About the Role

In this position as Client Services/Admin Assistant, you will be;

  • Assisting and working closely with our Client Workflow Manager to become a Client Services Co-Ordinator working with our Accounting Client Advisors.
  • Provide a warm and professional reception for clients and visitors
  • Manage meeting rooms to suit team calendars, ensuring rooms, reception, and kitchen space is well maintained
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
