Are you ready to bring the sweet magic of THICC Cookies to markets and events across Sydney? We’re on the hunt for a passionate and organized **Events Coordinator** who loves the buzz of markets, has an eye for detail, and knows how to make every event a hit.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Setting Up for Success**: Coordinate and manage setup for markets and events, ensuring everything is picture-perfect before the crowds arrive.
- **Be the Face of THICC Cookies**: Work at events and markets, delivering top-notch customer experiences and building buzz around our delectable cookies.
- **Build the Dream Team**: Hire and train staff for markets and events, ensuring everyone is prepped and ready to crush it.
- **Manage the Dollars**: Take charge of the Profit and Loss (PNL) for events and markets, making sure every dollar counts.
- **Production Coordination**: Work closely with our bakery team to ensure the perfect production numbers for each event.
- **Keep Things Tidy**: Maintain and restock market equipment, ensuring we’re always ready to roll.
- **Stay Organised**: Handle all paperwork, sales records, and cash counting with precision and care.

**The Nature of the Job**

This role is **seasonal**, meaning there will be times when the hustle is real—long days, packed weekends, and busy markets. During quieter seasons, there will be less action, giving you time to catch your breath, regroup, and plan for the next big event.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves interacting with people.
- A self-starter with a knack for organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in events, markets, or hospitality is a bonus but not essential.
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and long days during busy periods.
- A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

Pay: $66,158.48 - $76,664.65 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Events management: 2 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Silverwater, NSW 2128
