Overview
Reporting to the National Marketing & Communications Manager, this role will see you lead the marketing campaigns and events activities for MadisonAV by collaborating with the sales team and product managers to deliver profitable customer outcomes.
**Day to day you will**:
Assist in the development of go-to market plans including the creation of marketing strategies to support lead generation and sales activities
Develop literature for products and brands including sales tools and presentations, advertising content, marketing collateral, promotional videos and press releases.
Lead the development and coordination of events such as training events, trade shows and information sessions, liaising with both clients and suppliers on a regular basis.
Manage the ongoing analysis of promotion, campaign and event outcomes, as well as develop improvement plans

The opportunity

What we are looking for
You will be a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive, with experience in a B2B environment. You will have an understanding of AV Technologies and local industry knowledge of the Professional AV markets.
Your significant experience co-ordinating multiple stakeholders and suppliers will support your ability to pull off innovative and engaging events within the AV market.
With your strong design aesthetic, you will demonstrate the ability to interpret brand guidelines accurately to suit their purpose. You will also have a working knowledge of CMS management and digital marketing best practice including social media management.
