**About the Role**:
T hicc Cookies is a Sydney-based bakery brand known for our bold, high-quality cookies and desserts. We run a busy e-commerce store and operate at major national food events like the Sydney Royal Easter Show, as well as seasonal pop-up venues across different states. We’re currently seeking an experienced **Retail Manager (General)** to oversee day-to-day operations across our retail channels and event activations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily retail operations across pop-up stores, food festivals, and online fulfilment
- Coordinate logistics and liaise with event organisers for setup, pack-down, and site operations
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service
- Train, supervise, and roster staff to maintain performance and service standards
- Support product presentation and merchandising, both online and at in-person venues
- Monitor retail sales, KPIs, and provide input into improving customer experience
- Occasionally assist with warehouse activities and lifting stock (must be able to lift 15-20kg)

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience coordinating logistics, staff, and inventory in dynamic environments
- Comfortable with physically active roles, including lifting and moving stock up to 20kg
- Available for weekend and public holiday work during events and peak periods
- Experience in e-commerce or event-based retail operations is highly valued
