Position Summary

The role of the Associate Marketing Manager, ANZ is responsible for product marketing, sales enablement, sponsorships activation, events management and customer communications to support our Australian business. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, ANZ. The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Strategy, Product Management, Global Marketing, Corporate Communications, Legal, Finance and HR.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs related to product marketing, sales enablement, event management, activation of sponsorships, customer communications and internal communications- Be a brand ambassador, and execute the company’s brand strategy through the representation of the brand in local marketing assets and events- Support the development, maintenance and adoption of marketing and sales tools and platforms- Work closely with the sales team and customers to provide responsive support and enablement tools- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to produce marketing and sales assets- Create creative briefs, craft clear product marketing copy, proofread and edit marketing assets with detail- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion- Organise product launches and related promotional activities- Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, resourcing, coordinating communications and conducting post-implementation reviews- Activate branding, events, advertising and merchandising related to corporate/industry sponsorships and memberships- Work with the global centre of excellence to deliver sales and marketing assets- Work with marketing agencies and vendors to deliver or fulfil designated marketing tactics- Work with corporate partners and industrial associations to activate sponsorships and memberships- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, including merchandise, ensuring currency and accuracy, and coordinate the creation or obtainment of new materials when necessary- Marketing budget management and tracking

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of integrated marketing communications, sales enablement, and sponsorships & event management- Must have strong organisational, time management and project management skills, as well as attention to detail- Ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, and to manage multiple priorities- Independent, with the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision- Appetite for feedback and continuous learning and improvement- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics desirable

Experience, Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce or equivalent tertiary qualification- 3-5 years of relevant job experience in Marketing in a corporate environment (preferably global)- B2B marketing and event management experience highly desirable

Working Conditions:
- The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organisations- May require domestic travel
