**Job Opportunity: Practice Manager - Psychiatry Clinic "Mind Vale"**

**Location**: 140 mounts Bay Road, Perth

**Salary**: $40 - $45 per hour (based on experience)
**Employment Type**: [Full-time/Part-time]

**About Us**: We are a newly established psychiatry clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality mental health care. We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Practice Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our clinic and ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties.
- Maintain financial records, process invoices, and handle Medicare and private billing.
- Implement and optimize practice management software and patient booking systems.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, legal, and accreditation standards.
- Manage patient experience, handling feedback and improving service quality.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager (preferably in a medical or mental health setting).
- Strong knowledge of Medicare billing, health fund processes, and practice management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality laws in healthcare.
