**Accent Dental Care in Perth’s CBD is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager with a growth mindset to preside over a leading, well established, and energetic practice.**

**Position**:Practice Manager

**Location**: Accent Dental Care, Perth, CBD.

**The role**:
As a Practice Manager at Accent Dental Care, you will be responsible for the overall operation, development, and growth of our esteemed dental practice.
In this important role, the successful applicant will act as an ambassador to patients, providers, and staff members.

**Role Overview**:

- Work with providers to develop growth strategies and patient services
- Implement workplace policies and procedures
- Monitor staff performance, input, practices and techniques
- Provide staff leadership-through direction, support and guidance
- Manage practice budgets, production monitors and KPI’s
- Oversee daily operations, including appointment scheduling, billing procedures, debt collections, and occupational health and safety requirements

**About You**:
The successful applicant must be friendly, have excellent communication skills, and have experience leading a team of professionals.
You will be a passionate manager who has:

- A minimum 2 years of experience in a dental management environment
- A qualification in Business, Business Management or equivalent
- A positive, solution focused attitude looking to build a career
- Excellent people skills both patient and staff facing
- The ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Proficiency in dental management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:
