About the Role

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced 
Practice Manager
 to take the lead in managing daily operations and supporting a high-performing clinical team. You'll be the backbone of the practice, ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional patient care, and a supportive team culture.

With the guidance of our Area Practice Manager, you'll lead a passionate team in delivering outstanding dental care in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional front-desk and patient service, setting the tone for a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to ensure a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with dentists and clinical staff to improve workflows and elevate the patient journey.
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Work alongside the Area Manager to implement growth strategies and drive business success.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a Practice Manager or similar leadership role (dental or healthcare experience highly regarded).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for people management and team development.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service.
