**About the role**
Joining the business on an initial 12-month contract as an Industrial Relations Coordinator, you will work with a close-knit team to increase the efficiency of the industrial landscape in the business. Dedicated to data and reporting activities, you will work closely with key stakeholders to interpret, critically analyse and present solutions in line with industrial relations instruments and core deliverables. Day to day you will:

- Coordinate and support the operational aspects of the function including drafting letters, developing and circulating communication resources, minutes and meeting management.
- Collate data and execute reporting requirements to be distributed to senior leaders.
- Work to continuously improve processes and procedures, while mitigating any risks identified.
- Create, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure trust and whole of business alignment.

**About you**
To be successful in this Industrial Relations Coordinator role, you will have strong organisation and analysis skills with the ability to think broadly and understand how data integrity can impact the greater business. Your can-do attitude will ensure you consistently contribute to the business positively and influence those around you to do the same. You will be adaptable and gain enjoyment from a dynamic and challenging, yet supportive environment. You will also have:

- Strong Human Resources generalist or Industrial Relations specific experience, with supporting qualifications.
- Understanding and proven implementation of industrial relations instruments in a complex environment (eg. awards, visa processes, EBA’s)
- Advanced critical thinking skills and the ability prioritise tasks independently and as part of a high-performing team.
