This is a Fly-In Fly-Out position, offering variety, challenge, and the chance to work closely with both site leadership and the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and apply relevant state and federal employment legislation and the Project Agreement
  • Provide expert advice on ER/IR matters to site leaders and craft personnel
  • Manage case files and support resolution of disputes
  • Audit subcontractor ERMPs and internal timekeeping systems
  • Act as first response to industrial incidents and contribute to issue resolution strategies
  • Coordinate union right-of-entry visits in line with legal requirements
  • Support Workforce Services functions including payroll, training, rosters, and inductions

About You:

  • 8+ years' experience in employee or industrial relations, ideally on construction or EPC projects
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HSE compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a FIFO role in a site-based, high-activity environment

Preferred:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Previous experience in FIFO or remote site roles
  • Experience liaising with unions and supporting documentation for ER/IR matters

What's on Offer:

  • FIFO roster (travel and accommodation provided)
  • A dynamic site-based role supporting our client's major construction project
  • Join a high-performing, safety-focused ER/IR team
