We're a small construction company looking for a Casual employee/Temp to cover our Office Manager's 1-month holiday, with a view to a longer term role if you're a great fit. Work will be approximately 8-12 hours a week (possibly more at the start for training) and you will have to be able to start within 1-2 weeks. A mix of in-the-office and working from home is possible.
We are looking for someone who ideally has worked with a construction company before and is familiar with editing/approving timesheets, running payroll, tracking job costings, and processing AP invoices.
**Required Skills**:
- Experience with XERO Payroll and Deputy Scheduling Software
- Experience with Workbench's AP and Payroll features
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
